The Engagements Team plays a vital role in running the annual Autumn and Spring Mentor Programs which aim bring together members and society sponsors to equip students with necessary skills for entering the business world, straight from industry professionals. They also bring everyone together by organising fun social events for the WiB community, including executives and subcommittee members.

Autumn Mentoring Program

WiB's Autumn Mentoring Program is a 5 week one-on-one student mentorship for first-year students with other peers. The program offers first-year students the opportunity to build meaningful connections, to learn more about their degree and develop personal and professional skills.

NextGen Program

WiB's NextGen Program is a 3 week student-run initiative designed to bridge the gaps in university career support. This program focuses on enhancing your CV, cover letter, interview skills, and networking abilities. Each week offers tailored support: from building your professional identity, to navigating assessment centres and psychometric testing, and finishing with mock interviews and networking opportunities with sponsor companies.
