Bianca studies a Bachelor of Accounting Co-Op, and as a massive literature nerd loves reading, playing the piano and travelling! She also loves visiting cute cafes and restaurants and runs a food review account with her best friend.

 

Bianca’s female role model is the former Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern, who she admires for her strength of character. As the first Prime Minister to be pregnant in office, Bianca is empowered by her constant advocation that leaders can be both strong and empathetic, as well as the ways in which she challenges normative notions of leadership to show how typically ‘feminine’ behaviour should never have to be compromised upon.

Bianca’s favourite thing about WiB is getting to meet so many other like-minded women. She says, “WiB is a wonderful place to deepen existing friendships and forge new ones,” and she highly recommends attending our social events!

Her Career:

 

Bianca has completed a six-month internship at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in the Group Finance team, where she assisted in performing month-end and year-end reporting processes, consolidated financial information for international business units and facilitated team events for the Europacific finance teams. She is also interested in the realm of management consulting, and is a member of the UTS Consulting Club. In 2022, she was a part of a winning team in a 12-week pro-bono management consulting competition judged by PwC’s consulting unit Strategy&. She is currently the Marketing Director of the club in which she oversees its strategic and creative direction.
